However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. This policy outlines our refund terms to ensure fairness to both our clients and our company.

1. Payment Terms

To initiate work on any project, the following payment structure applies:

  • 50% advance payment is required before we commence work on any remote services.
  • The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion or as per the agreed contractual terms.
  • Payments must be made via our secure payment gateways. We accept online transfers, credit/debit cards, and other agreed payment methods.
  • In cases where third-party costs (e.g., ad spend on Google Ads, Facebook Ads) are involved, those expenses are non-refundable, as they are directly managed by the respective platforms.

2. Refund Eligibility

We believe in transparency, and if a customer is dissatisfied with our services, they have the right to request a refund under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 15 to 30 days from the date of payment.
  • No specific justification is required—if the request falls within this timeframe, we will process the refund without any questions.
  • If the service has already been delivered in full and utilized by the client, the refund will be subject to review based on the scope of work completed.
  • Refund requests made after 30 days from the payment date will not be entertained.

3. Refund Process

To ensure a smooth refund process, clients must follow these steps:

  1. Submit a Refund Request

    • Send an email to info@sehmify.com with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Order Number]”.
    • Provide details about the payment, service availed, and reason for the refund request (optional).

  2. Review & Processing

    • Our team will review the refund request to confirm eligibility.
    • If eligible, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
    • Clients will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

  3. Refund Method

    • Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used during the transaction.
    • In cases of bank transfers or online transactions, processing time may vary depending on the bank’s policies.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

A refund will not be provided in the following circumstances:

  • The request is made after 30 days from the payment date.
  • The service has been fully delivered and utilized by the client.
  • The client fails to provide necessary information or feedback required for service completion.
  • Any service involving third-party expenses (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, influencer payments) where Sehmify has already invested funds on behalf of the client.
  • The client has violated our Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activities, or misused our services.

5. Partial Refunds & Revisions

  • In some cases, partial refunds may be granted based on the work completed and the remaining service duration.
  • Instead of refunds, clients are encouraged to request revisions or service adjustments, and we will strive to improve our service to meet expectations.

6. Service Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request service cancellation at any time by sending an email to info@sehmify.com.
  • If cancellation occurs before work has started, a full refund will be issued.
  • If cancellation occurs after work has begun, a partial refund will be provided based on the work completed.
  • If cancellation is due to policy violations or unethical use of services, no refund will be issued.

7. Dispute Resolution

If a client is unsatisfied with the refund decision, they may:

  • Contact our support team for further clarification.
  • Request a dispute resolution discussion to find a mutual agreement.
  • If necessary, escalate the dispute through legal means as per the governing laws mentioned in our Terms & Conditions.
